In my last blog (From Sydney To San Francisco – What Salesforce Has Taught Me In 2016) I highlighted the many benefits of attending market specific exhibitions. I thought I’d share my own insight into how to get the most out of your time at the Salesforces World Tour in Sydney’s International Convention Centre (ICC) on the 21st March, should you be attending.
Salesforce events throughout the year are excellent opportunities to learn, discover and meet like-minded people. For me and my team, we always come away knowing it’s time well spent.
What is new for Salesforce in 2017?
There is plenty of information and keynotes from market leaders on the future of Sales Intelligence, new releases from “Spring 17”, how to improve your customer journey, customer success stories, the New Finance Cloud, and AMPScripting for Marketing Cloud amongst loads of others. Check out the rest of the agenda here.
Who should go?
Salesforce is so broad, whether you are a basic user of a small business or a CEO of a large Multination organisation, there is plenty of information and demonstrations to help you understand the capabilities of the platform.
Our very own Marketing Manager, Chris Wilson, is attending the marketing and social media breakout sessions this year!
Having attended a number of these events in the past, I always love approaching and being approached by candidates I have spoken with and companies I have dealt with. It’s usually in the queue for a coffee or one of the many lunch options.
Multiple Salesforce Apps Partner and Implementation Partners are on hand to have a chat about their products and how they can help your business, there might even be a few gift bags for you.
For those of you who haven’t attended Dreamforce, this is like a mini, free version that is specific to Australia and New Zealand.
Let us know what you are looking forward to hearing about when you attend?
If you haven’t already, plan your day, get registered and I look forward to seeing you there.
