Key Responsibilities:
- Stream Management: Oversee and manage multiple scheduling streams, ensuring seamless integration across internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Work closely with external vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery and coordination of resources.
- Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance scheduling efficiency.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and third parties to resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Data Management: Maintain and update scheduling systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and real-time updates for all stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and address scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, or potential delays to prevent disruptions to operations.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on scheduling performance and issues to senior leadership.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in scheduling, project management, or operations management in healthcare or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of vendor and third-party management.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SAP, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.
