Position Overview: As the Master Scheduler, you will be the central point of coordination, ensuring all scheduling requirements across various teams and partners are executed efficiently and accurately. You will play a key role in aligning schedules with organisational priorities, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining positive relationships with all vendors and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stream Management: Oversee and manage multiple scheduling streams, ensuring seamless integration across internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Work closely with external vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery and coordination of resources.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance scheduling efficiency.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and third parties to resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update scheduling systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and real-time updates for all stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and address scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, or potential delays to prevent disruptions to operations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on scheduling performance and issues to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in scheduling, project management, or operations management in healthcare or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of vendor and third-party management.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SAP, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.
