About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in defining and delivering innovative digital solutions. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, internal stakeholders, and external users to ensure that digital products and services align with business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Engage with internal and external users to understand and capture requirements, identifying opportunities for transformation.
✔️ Work with Solution Architects to design solutions that align with architecture standards.
✔️ Support user engagement through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases.
✔️ Translate conceptual service/product models into technically sound product features.
✔️ Write and refine user stories/PBIs, ensuring alignment with development sequencing.
✔️ Develop content for business stakeholders, translating technical solutions into clear and effective communication.
✔️ Configure SaaS platforms to implement user stories/PBIs.
✔️ Collaborate with user researchers and senior stakeholders to shape the strategic direction.
Skills & Experience
✅ Extensive experience in business analysis for large-scale transformations. ✅ Strong problem-solving skills backed by data analysis and evidence. ✅ Proven track record in Agile and multi-disciplinary team environments. ✅ Human-Centered Design approach to service delivery. ✅ Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. ✅ Ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders. ✅ Experience creating high-quality visual materials (e.g., concepts, process maps). ✅ Ability to adapt to and learn new systems quickly. ✅ Hands-on experience configuring SaaS platforms (a key part of the role).
