We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer on a contract basis to help create exceptional user experiences and intuitive user interfaces for our client's digital products.
Role Overview: The UX/UI Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered, visually appealing, and effective digital experiences. The role involves both UX research and UI design, with a strong focus on creating seamless interactions and interfaces across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
UX Design:
Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Analyze user feedback and data to derive insights.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
UI Design:
Design aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces.
Ensure designs are responsive and scalable across various devices and screen sizes.
Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Maintain consistency in visual design across the product.
Collaboration & Communication:
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
Ensure a seamless handoff of designs to the development team, including clear specifications and assets.
Usability Testing & Iteration:
Conduct usability testing on prototypes and products to ensure the effectiveness of designs.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and test results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across both UX and UI design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and interaction design.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of responsive design and web/mobile design standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
