Looking for a Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ERP financial implementations, particularly with systems like TechnologyOne (TechOne) or Sage.

Education and Experience

Graduate-level qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a Project Manager in a technical or business systems implementation environment

Essential Criteria

Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery within enterprise environments, with a focus on ERP implementations
Mandatory hands-on experience with ERP systems such as TechnologyOne (TechOne) or Sage
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through project planning, execution, and delivery phases
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and support effective decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of project documentation, status reports, and executive-level presentations
Experience managing project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and timelines
Ability to deliver results and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations
Sound knowledge of project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK)
High-level organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on delivering business outcomes

Desirable Criteria

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM)
Experience working in the public sector or large corporate environments
Familiarity with finance, HR, and asset management modules in ERP systems
Understanding of integration approaches between ERP systems and third-party applications
Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions or digital transformation programs
